BoatChic, welcome to Louisville. you should really try to come down for the Oaks some time. I believe it's more for the locals but it's a great time as well. Captains Quarters is a good time but you will never get on the river this weekend unless you dodge the tree's floating down from Cinncinnati. Have a great time and bet Pat Day. he will win riding a nag!

The run for the roses - I am pea-green with envy!

I wish I was going. I have to attend the boat show on Kent Island in MD this weekend with Linssen (that's the boat that they launched a full-scale coast guard search and rescue operation on the other day off Cape Hataras after those huge storms).

Please have a great time and a Mint Julip for me. What hat are you going to wear? I have about 25 if you need one. I'm thinking "pill box" with spectator pumps?
