I like the State Park at Burt Lake just off the Indian River exit, just stay in the channel on the way in and out.
Secondly the Howe Marina has one but it's pretty snug in there, good option if it's rough on the Lake.

Indian River Marina
It's about half way between Burt and Mullet Lakes off the Indian River just west of the I-75 bridge.
I can consistently launch my 32' Sunsation at this place, though I've never tried the State Park. YMMV.
