Certainly a windscreen for a 272 will fit you 272. Finding one is gonna be the fun part...

Find some someone that has a 272 with a windscreen and ask them if you can make a cardboard template from theirs. Also, take plenty of pics. Then have a plastics fabricator make you one. Lots of options this way on color and/or material. Probably going to be about the only way to go.

Ask Xt. He could get you in the right direction.

I don't have good news on this one. Baja built one special deck mold to offer the windscreen option, and you most likely don't have a deck from that mold? Next problem is finding someone capable of making one, or finding one? The last 275, and 245 windscreens on GL Skipper are the only two that I know of that could be modified to fit. The curve of the center section would match the curve in the deck, but the side wings are much shorter that the 272 deck. Then you would have to create your own mounting system somehow?

Do you know of any body that has the capability to make a new one? I need to replace mine on my boat.

Thanks

I wish there was just a company that could make them but doesn't seem that way

The companies that are capable, are not interested in one-off's. They would rather cater to boat builders, than the general public? IMO

I found a company in FL but you'll need to have a mold made. So you'll have to get someone to let you use they're windscreen to make the mold and your looking at between 2500-3000k
