Looking at a good deal on another panther, except vents were cut in the transom were the hull number should be, is this normal? are there any other numbers on these boats? it's an 87 wellcraft scarab panther, it has a clean title, but how do i know if its for this boat? does it matter? maybe the reason for the deal?
