New to this boat so please be easy. Ok, trying to get a 2005 Donzi 38' ZSF we just purchased ready to get out on the water in the next few weeks. Having never owned a Donzi before, we can't seem to get the waste tank to pump out or figure out where it's supposed to be pumping out of. The waste tank is completely full, but so far we have found no way to pump it out. The previous owner hadn't used the boat in two years - it's been sitting on a trailer that entire time.
Does anyone know if there is any way to get a copy of the owner's manual for the boat? We have all the manuals for the electronics, motors, nav, etc. but nothing for the actual boat itself - if such a thing even exists.
Sorry if these questions seem ridiculous, up until now we have been running a 2009 28.5' SeaFox offshore center console - we never used the waste tank.
Thanks,
Daniel

Usual on boat you do not pump out the tank, you suck it out. If you have a marina near by that has a dump, they will have a suction setup that seals to the waste tank dump fitting. Turn it on and start sucking. Pete

Look on the side of the boat for a round fitting just like the one you put gas in but this one should say "Waste".
Most fuel docks have a "pump out station". remove the cover that says waste on your boat. The hose to the pump sometimes has different fittings for different boats or it may simply have a beveled rubber end on it. flip the switch on the pump station and this creates a suction. Hold the hose tight on the waste fitting and it will begin to pump the contents of the tank. After you get the stuff out most places have a fresh water hose that you can pour some water back into the tank from the fitting that you just pumped out. Repeat the pump out process to get the water out that you just put in. This will help to rince the tank and cut down on any smell and they sell a chemical to add to the tank to also help the stink.
Also it is a good idea to not put any toliet paper in if possible as your only asking for problems. And along with that I would stress no number 2 unless absolutly necessary.

The fav around my marina is to fill the fuel tanks with water. Usually done by a drunk owner's spouse that got bad directions after the fresh water tank ran dry.
