Default hallet crash on lake mead

As the story goes a Hallet was cruising through an are on the lake known as "the narrows" when the driver saw a jetskier coming headon. the hallet had to turn to avoid hitting the jetski, after readjusting his course he realised he was heading to the rocks and had to turn hard left, when he did this the boat did a spin out throwing out all 7 passengers. the driver was not wearing the killswitch so the boat regained speed and drove itself up on to the rocks. 2 people where airlifted out but all 7 passengers were ok.

just a reminder. wear your damn killswitch. if you no anything else about this id love to hear about it

Default Hallett Crash

I was out on the lake that day..not on a boat for a change but playing with my dogs at Governor's point. I don't have any more details on the accident, but I do have photos of the boat and of emergency vehicles including life flight at the staging area at Governors point.
I don't know how to post photos here, though...

Default policy requirements

My high p[erformance policy has an endorsement that requires the use of a kill switch.

I am so sorry to see the pics of that boat and hear about the accident. I hope all involved recover.
What is it like boating thru that area? I bet the sound is awesome if you have twin motors with open exhaust...
