Edge Juice 6.0 diesel Ford all Years
If you have not seen some of the truck stuff i sell on here.... I am a ford diesel master technician. I also inspect every used diesel we get in to our dealer. I have this Edge juice "on the fly" programmer/modification. It comes complete with the pyrometer and all the electrical. I took it out after verifying its working condition. (i have been around edge products long enough to work them without a working display) The display would not work and i sent it back to edge. it still has warranty and they fixed it. the lcd was bad. you can see the date on the letter from edge which i will send with the chip. i have not removed the LCD from the bubble wrap edge sent it back to me in. $200.00 plus ship. I love the edge because of the pyrometer. the chip will back off when exhaust gas temps get too high and that is what will save you from melting down while towing.

no, same heads just a different injection system feed. it will fit all years. this is off the edge site and it sure beats the $700.00 new asking price http://www.edgeproducts.com/product.php?pk=51&pvk=279
I guess in a sense the rocker boxes of the heads changed but the heads themselves, no... The 03 and early 04 are de-0tuned from a 04.25-2007 model. also the 450-550 and E series are de tuned.
this hooks in between the engine harness and the pcm you can change settings on the fly and monitor up to 4 things at once like actual trans and oil temps. also, since you have a 03 you dont have a boost gauge. you can also have a digital readout of boost on this too. its still under warranty from edge and like i said the screen is completely new. and if you have the gray dash then this whole setup is perfect since the display pod/holder is gray

I didnt make total sense above.... Yes, It is safe for all years of 6.0 03-07 and with the pyro hooked up it is really safe since it will back off if the exhaust temps get too high. you do not have to hook up the pyro if you dont want. the chip will not back down then. This are some of the things i get my hands on working at a dealer. if i didnt allready have on it would be on my truck.
