454 MPI Gen VI ***Wants to go faster!!***

I just bought a 1991 Cole 22' Superhawk that has a 2000 7.4l MPI with exhaust and ignition done.. I don't believe it is a Mag motor. Rev limiter appears to be@ 4800. What mods if any, are worth investing into, to try and get some more ponies out of her?? Not looking to have any force induction as I believe this motor does not have a forged crank.

I was thinking more in the lines of a cam and ECU mod.

Buy a new engine. You'll end up saving money in the long run. Just save you r money and buy something later down the road that you really want.

Default Power

Buy a used 496ho mag that has been checked by a mechanic. It is plug and play with the harness and you gain 10-12 mph. If you have swichable exhaust, pm me and i will tell you the cheap fix to make it match up to the 496.
