Removing Armrests?
#1
I bought some new cupholders to replace the tiny, sun faded original ones. Of course they are too big for the stock holes so I need to use a jigsaw or holesaw to make them fit.
Has anyone removed the rear armrests and passenger side bolster armrest? If so how did you do it, and is it very difficult?
Thanks.

I'm just going to take them off and take them to a buddy's to cut with a jig saw.
But now I'm fearing the whole assembly comes off, and the "wall" will still be next to the cupholder......

What would you cut with? I don't have clearance to get anything in there for a hole saw (or desire to drop $50 on a whole saw), and definitely no clearance for a jig saw.

Looks like I'm not the only person sick of the tiny/yellow stock plastic ones.
If I can just find vents that fit I'll be looking a lot better this summer. I need to call performance marine as I've been told they can get them, but does anyone else know a source? (new wheel, new cupholders, new vents, I'm upgrading on the cheap.

I had thought of that but thought it might take forever!

I just went with this Grant wheel, really liked it for the money.

An Isotta was my first choice, which did you get?
Cowisl got new vents at performance marine in FL, I'be been meaning to call them.
Are you going to do the throttles, that is one thing I really want but they are spendy....probably next summer.

Haha, great minds think alike! You got your 28 last summer too didn't you? We're on the same plan here.

I"ll call performance marine next week to order a set.
Have you been using it alot this year? I can"t believe how good it is in rough water.
