Thumbs up PARTY AT HELL'S GATE

Hey Liquid:

This was brought up before in another thread and there is going to be a good size gathering at Hell's gate, probably the whole holiday weekend. I don't have the link to it, and would have thought you would get some replies here, but I would think it pretty safe to assume there are going to be some OSO members on that lake over the holiday weekend! I will try to make it to and head on over to that area. Sounds like a good time!

Being from the Northeast...I was curious and looked up the Possum Kingdom place...looks like a fairly large size lake. What is the depth like? ALso I see another lake to the west....also looks like a nice size lake. At least you will be boating....my still in the building.....winterized

LA - no offense, but when I saw "Possum Kingdom" I wondered if I had missed an amusement park that competes with "Dollywood" in Tennessee. You see, I live outside Nashville, TN and have gotten used to the hiilbilly comments. Glad to see we're not the only ones!!!

Have great time!!

We need Jeffery to let us use a banner so we can find each other, it's a huge party, what do you guys think? I would say the depth ranges from 40 to 150 feet , it's a deep lake

have any of you guys stayed at the hide away cabins at possum kingdom? I just looked at them on line, and wondered if they were nice? We want to go, but have not made reservations anywhere yet.

I've never stayed there, we always either stay at the cliffs or on a freinds cruiser in the marina
