Talking Remanufactured Merc 383 Stroker

Update on an old thread, a few months ago I learned my 7.4L was shot and needed to be replaced. The choices were a Jasper 7.4 L, a factory rebuilt 7.4L or 383 stroker. I went with the 383 stroker. The boat is a 98 Baja Hammer. It now does an honest 70, whereas before the best she would do was 64.
So far, so good, very happy with the motor and installation.
