Hey Guys,

First of all, excited to be a new member on this site. Figured this would be the right place to ask my question. I am located in Sacramento, Ca and saw this boat out on the American and Sacramento Rivers this past weekend. It appeared to be with possibly another Skater 28 outboard and an Eliminator or two. I am curious if anyone knows who owns the boat and/or if the owner is local to Northern California. I am hoping I can chat with the owner as I have a couple questions about his engine/outdrive setup and overall opinion of the boat. Any help is greatly appreciated! Beautiful boat...

Well, after doing a little research I was able to find quite a bit of information regarding the Skater. Thanks for the replies guy's, and Rik, you truly put this boat in a class of its own. If that boat were to be built a second time I wouldn't do it any differently. Right down to the foot throttle! I am hopeful that Dale makes another trip up to Sacramento so I can have a second chance at getting closer to the boat. That would be a ride I would happily pay for. Pretty cool to see the reactions of other boater's on the river when he was idling around...

750-or850 sterlings with arnesons. Oh and its got the MOMO wheel, and 5 riccaro racing seats, supper light weight no interior really.
