moses, the pavillion run is more of a laid back type of event. it has been going on for a lot of years now, but it is not a sponsored event. there are also not any rules, which is bad and good at the same time. also, for the pavillion run they stop at the stops for everyone to have food, drinks, etc.....it is more of a traveling party than anything.
