Default fuel presure

i have a 98-2000 7.4l 454mpi i need tol know what the fuel presure is supose to be? Its only has 30psi when it primes when the key is turned and 20-23psi when running.thanks

i was told on another board that it should be 36 psi but i was also told to check the pressure you need to disconnect the vacumm hose to the regulator i dont know anyone out there help !!!

psi Prime 42-45 lbs hold at lease 35 lbs 30 minutes when key turned off

with vac ref
PSI Idle 35-37
PSI light load 37-40
WOT 40-43 LBS

w/o vac ref
38-42

NOTE: stock injectors, Stock BPW settings on ECU
