Try Dave Bush Racing. I just had my ECU's done by them but haven't tried them out yet due to the weather in NJ. They claim 25 - 30 HP in the 300XS.

I had my ecu's and flywheel done by simon motorsports...Havent run the boat yet but he said to expect 35 over stock. The only guys I would trust with the 300xs are Dave Bush or Simon. I even hear that they share info and work together sometimes.
