Question Outboard Customisation

Hey guys I decided to go with a pair of 250XS mercs the only problem is they don't match the scheme of the boat any ideas/advice about painting or covering?

Here is what I did. I had the graphics redone to match the colors of the boat.

Paint the boat black.

But I have seen a few with the motors painted - I just never have liked that.

I agree. The custom painted cowlings seem a little over the top.

That looks great - I like the subtle customization.

I also never liked the looks of the whole motors painted.

I sell custom decals. Here's a pic from my 30 Liberator. They are $80 a cowl, any 3 colors. I also have a pair of brand new 250xs offshores for sale. In the box, full warrantees and 1.62 Sportmasters. 20" shaft, RH and LH. $29K for both.
