Default Removing water out of gas tank

Anyone had to remote water from a gas tank without removing the tank?

Small elec pump before the filter into very big containers. Make sure you get it empty and add 94oc fuel, new filters and plenty of dry gas. Not a hard deal just a costly PITA especially if you just filled up. After it sits for awhile you can pump off the top fuel and burn it in your wifes car, I wouldn't put it in mine. If yours is like mine she only burns cheap crap anyway despite what shes told.

Thanks for the info fireboatpilot.
just tried it and found the tank is empty?? Reason I thought the tank had water in it was I found the gas cap loose and the guy I got it from just washed it after checking and finding a few more little things wrong with it I found the fill tube and vent disconnected from the tank?? This is a fixer upper I just picked up…… looks to be turning out to be a little more fixer than upper.

Speed.
