Default Barrie On Donzi Relocation

Thought a call was in order, http://boatermouth.com//index.php/ma...io/7/2377.html.

Been through more than a few company closings and relocations myself, and it's never easy. But these are challenging times.

Unrelated: To those of you who follow my blog, I apologize for the light production this week. I try to post daily, covering the Shootout knocked me off my game, and I had four major deadlines this week. So I only posted three of my own online stories this week.

Next week, back to our regularly scheduled programming. There's a lot of news, good and bad, out there.

Good to hear Donzi will be built at Fountain's world-class facility. But for me, there is no comparison between the lifestyles of the Gulf Coast of Florida and Washington, NC.

I wish them the best of luck. But I didn't like the last sentence, I didn't see anything about building Baja boats. I hope Baja doesn't disappear.

The way I read the article it looks like the Fountain Factory has been collecting dust this year.

I hate to see Craig have to relocate....
I know he love his place in Fl.

Craig is the easy guy to get along with and will do anything for you...If Reggie can't get along with him....then there is no hope....

sad to see but in a time like this the first things to go are six figure boats. One nice thing though is the strong survive and sometime the customer gets a better quality cheaper product.

That's how I roll, my friend. But I did get to see every run on Sunday and Ken Gouty at 100-mph in a supercharged freakin' deck boat was sensational.

That's the fun part. The work part is coming back on Monday to six feature stories due on Thursday. Not *****in', just sayin'.

As for Craig Barrie not mentioning Baja, I really wouldn't read to much into that.
