Main body of the seat is composite. 25 was outside measurement, inside should be about 21. I'll measure to be sure later today. Lots of interest in these, someone pull the trigger already!

I would think $300 or less. I would have no problem bolting them to a pallet and shipping them freight from my work. Pallet would be just slightly oversized but overall weight would be next to nothing.

I'd call a couple freight companies and find out.
