Anyone running Fords ?

I know I'm new to this site. But I'm trying to find anyone here running big inch Fords in thier boat ? I've got a few questions.

I should of been more specific, my bad. Looking for some help w/ an A460 in a boat application, mainly holding good oil pressure at higher rpm's.
