just a thought i had yesterday while out on the river. we could have a small entry fee to donate to the fallen fireman, police, etc to nyc. i have a t shirt guy that would run custom shirts for cost. we could plan a run to chesepeke inn or somewhere else like penns landing. would be nice to get some positive media attention like channel 3,6, or 10 since alot of people hate the loud boats and it would benifit a good cause. what does everyone think? chime in people.. mark

We kinda did that yesterday with our run.It was not planned originally but the date was changed.
Most firefighters and police were taken care of so the few bucks that could be raised would not be worth it.However what is needed is for them to be remembered and runs like this will do that.

Would be a nice way to close out the season. I agree that they surely do not need the money. Any entry fees or participation fees could cover the shirts and maybe your guy could do a sticker to commemorate the run? Whatever you put together, I'm in! Better get it together fast though.
