Default Best hull cleaner I've used

I usually use FSR to clean the coffee stain. Normal soap for dirt. I used Power1 by fountian of youth restoration products. It cleaned the coffee stain as well as FSR does, with less work to apply. It also cleaned off some marks that have been on the hull since before I owned it. Its also a great rust remover. I had some rust stains on the cockpit floor it took off, and the brass drain plug on the transom is now brass instead of black. The boat bottem looks better than it ever has. I don't sell this stuff, just sharing something that works great. I am ordering all their other products to see if they are as good. They say their vinyl cleaner is waterproof and a uv protectant.

we tried it side by side with everything they had at one of the marinas i was doing some work at last week. Nothing even came close and this place was up river and also a rack/launch so i had plenty of test boats from our grungy river. This stuff is friggin great! It was also the least harsh (acid burn/smell)

Great results also. I spray it on everything on the transom and it cleans and shines everything. I haven't used any of the other products yet though.

Do you have to apply wax when you are done? I used acid in the past, and the brown line would come back faster even after wax.

It would be a good idea to rewax after use depending on what your using for wax.Certainly never hurts to apply another coat of wax.
