Default is $27,995 a good deal on a 2007 dodge ram cummins dually with 48k miles?

My friends dad works at a private car sales place and he told me he has a 2007 dodge ram cummins diesel 2wd dually with 48k miles for $27,995. Is this a good deal for this truck?

Used prices are going up alot though. I just got a lariat outlaw 2007 FORD! with the 6.0 diesel. I work at the dealer and the appraisal was at 32k. i got it fr what they bought it for so 26k was not too bad.

people are not buying too much new at the moment. less are trading in. ipso facto used market sky-rockets!

I drove an 07 with that motor before I bought my GMC it was a nice truck but we could not get together on price.I like my GMC better but thats a personal choice if the truck is clean I think thats a decent price.Diesel duallys seem to hold there value pretty well.

I have an 08 that is a 3500 srw 4x4 laramie (just about every option, even running steps that drop down when you open the door) and I didn't pay too much more than that when I bought it January of 09 with 6k miles on it.

I got a pretty smokin deal but that price seems a tad high to me. The other thing to keep in mind is that the 5.9 was actually more desirable on the 07's becuase of not having to deal with the emissions BS..

Thats about right. I'm looking into upgrading my truck before I get a boat this spring. I've found a few same model years F250's with the turbo diesel for about the same. I'm going to see how much the dealer paid and hopefully my brother can knock something down for me since he works there lol

I think its high for being a 4x2. Should be able to get 4x4 same miles cheaper than that id say.
