Default who paints boat bottoms?

looking to get my formula bottom painted. it has that anti growth brush on paint from the water line down. i want that sanded off and repainted smooth gel coat or paint like it came from the factory. who around middle tn paints big boats like this?

Just remove the bottom paint and wet sand the gel on the bottom to get the original gel back. No need to reapaint as long as the old gel is still in good condition. I have done this on a couple boats now with good luck. Soda blasting does a nice job of removing the bottom paint.
