Want to install an oil temperature gages on my HO's however thought i would see if anyone has already done this? If so, where should the sender plumb into?

i will do the same on mine,someone in this forum told me to instal the sender on the base of the remote oil filter.dril and tap for the size of the sender.my boat is a 2001 baja 272 496 HO.all my gauge are gafrig,i will buy a gafrig gauge but they have different sender size and i dont know witch one to order,is that make a difference??

You can use a split manifold from the hole where the digital oil pressure sensor is.

Put the pressure sensor in one end and the temp sensor in the other.

Down on the port side of engine just above where the remote oil filter manifold threads on. It may be hiding behind a raw water hose depending on your plumbing. It's right above where the oil filter would mount if engine were in a truck.
