Very cool, impressive speeds w/ a single 525 in a V.

Is it a true 29, or does that include swimstep? The only thing comparable in speed may be a Sunny 288 S?

Yes it was and they have sold and built a couple. Its not current news. On the blog, the post are more up to date as you scroll down i.e the 50 at LOTO.

Yes, the 29 Rockit was at the Miami Boat show last year. However that 29 Rockit along with two others were built using prototype tooling. Over the past month, Hustler finalized the prototype and made the finished product.

this looks like the perfect boat! I have been in my friends slingshot many times and piloted it many times. i don't care what people say. i've ran that thing in the 90s and it felt great. have ran 99 in it with him driving and it felt fine. i would like the single engine 29 that sounds awesome! wonder what price they start at?
