YUP,

we had this same discussion a year ago, with different pics, it definitely looks like a Pantera.

i was saying it probably could not get away from the (CG)coast guard that fast with only a 383. you know, being a drug running boat like they are saying in the add. They mite get away in SLOW MOTiON
