Default Tail Pipe internal flapper identification needed

So one of my flapper broke and I need to replace it. The engine is a 525 with CMI headers(not sure about the tailpipes), but these are not CMI flappers(mechanic ordered them and they did not work). This is not the original engine for the boat, so Active Thunder can't help. Here are a few pics of the good flapper, maybe one of you guys know who makes it?

Those flappers are in the exhaust tips, not in the tail pipes. They are probably the original tips from the factory. You might have to remove the tips to change the flappers in them anyway.
I would just get some new tips and get rid of the external rubber flappers all together.

You can get replacement here http://eddiemarine.com/store/cart.ph...duct_list&c=59

but by the time you pay shipping and pay a welder to replace them you may as well buy a new tip, unless you have a tig welder then you can replace them yourself.

why are you running a double flapper? thats probably why the inside one is burnt, they need the outside air to let some of the hear off them. im suprised you dont have any reversion either..

I believe those are the exact same as the ones I just ordered from Corsa, I think it was part # 1000U. They just slide into the rubber exhaust hose and butt up against the start of the exhaust tips.....
