Also have another duoprop drive that is lightly used but still in great working order for sale. Both drives are 1.95 gear ratio. Asking 2500 OBO for used drive. I have pictures of them but don't know how to post, if your interested I can send tthem to your email.

I have a 22 sea ray that used to be a cuddy cabin that got cut down into a center console and has a 350 in it. When we first did that just we put a alpha 1 on the back and were happy, however when u put 8 people on her to go to the bar she would struggle to plane off. About 4 years later we came across a volvo duoprop that someone tore off when they ran across a rock pile in the bay. We fixed it and swapped the alpha for the duoprop and holy hell what a difference. Having had the boat with both setups on it, I can honesty say you will not even believe the performance difference. The boat with jump out of the water no matter how much weight u put on it. The duoprop will make backing up a dream as it won't pull one way. And up and running you will be able to let go of the steering and the boat will track dead straight. Ask around to guys that have had both setups, the duoprop is a sweet setup, and you wouldn't be disappointed.
