Where can you get those rubber gaskets that go around the exhaust pipes that go through the transom?

Default Grainger
i ordered standard 4" diameter 1/8" cross section o-rings from grainger and they fit fine. They fit the groove in the ring and had to be lubed up to slide onto the Big Pipe.
