Keep in mind they are not marine starters with spark protection from gas fumes. Cars do not have expoding bilge problems.

Try powermaster out of west chicago il,,ive had their starter in my donzi for over 10 years now and not a lick of trouble..we use to use tilton's and had nothing but problems..

the nice part if they are out of warrenty you send them back and for 125.00 they make them new again..(salesman told me )

I have been running one of there brand race starters for a while on my race car 565 w/15-1 comp works fine, just put one on the boat after 3 "marine" starters failed...works like a champ !!!

Are you looking for a bravo or speedmaster set up? For Bravo set ups, Eddie Young turned me on to these. I have NEVER had an issue with these on my 598 whipple motors. Another buddy has 300 hours on his and no issue either. We are constantly turning the boats on and off to talk. He painted mine with Bedliner for the boat and not one issue or rusting. I just built a 572 for my suburban and painted it with black Epoxy fusion rattle can paint and it is working great so far on it as well.

This particular starter will NOT work on a Speedmaster set up.
