Default 4MM boat auction, no clear title?

http://yachtauctions.com/listing.php?vessel=5765

See note at bottom:
General Condition: This vessel is being sold subject to all liens and encumbrances. National and Seller does not warrant title free and clear of liens and encumbrances.

Who would buy into this mess?

Good one!

So what this is saying is you must pay the note off? Right how does that work? You would think someone spending that much would not owe on a toy! crazy!

Come on, are you really worried about a little piece of paper?! I mean, an extended warranty is available so it must be legit...

I'm not all that concerned about the trailer, I have a dual axle I think I could stretch and get her home. I'm more concerned if I'd need a dually to pull it, or do you guys think my SRW 2500 would be enough truck?
