Default APBA P-Class Racing costs REDUCED

Hey guys, (including you Skater Mike)

APBA has confirmed to me that if you want to race P-Class for one race, costs have been reduced significantly!

$100 one day membership (no need to register boat separately)
(per racing member)
$200 entry fee

This is fantastic!!!

This is certainly more reasonable than the $500.00 entry fee for Daytona. These classes race for "trophys" and "bragging rights", $200.00 is certainly more reasonable!
I think this is a great move on APBA's part to attract "weekend racers". At this price, anyone who is considering racing could afford to test this out.
Maybe it will also attract some "A" , "B" or former raceboats that are in garages. It would be nice to race against a LARGE field of boats!

The entry fee is fantastic! But what is really great, is that there are many times that someone wants to try one race, or wants to have a run in front of his/her local buddies. With the re-implementation of the one-day membership, there will be a lot more interest.

Time to get me a race boat!

Mike C., already got my claws on one of those...

Putting numbers on the Donzi for P-5. Think Lisa would navigate?
I'd ask you, but you sit too damn tall.

This could be my ticket to ride. Not sure how I missed this earlier but maybe we can break out the old A-boat for one last blast up at the Cape. I am going to put in the call today to the owner and see what he thinks

Man I hope this is just a mistake but I called them up today to ask about the deal and they said that it was not happening. They said that the only price reduction was for the entry fee to be 200 bucks. You still have to pay for the full season of registration and all that. I hope she was wrong, she said she would look into it and get back to me. I will let you all know as soon as I get info.
