Arrow steering wheel

How is the steering wheel and hob removed. Is a puller used to pull the hob off , if so what kind of puller.

Yes you will most likely need a puller, There are a few types, I use the one that hook to the back of the hub with three arms. Spray it with torgue lube and let it sit a couple days helps too. Sometimes they are hell to get off.
