If its the f1 wanted.... its been raced, rough shape, no platform. With 500hp it should be a reliable/fun boat!

thanks buddy...i know the owner Joe of F-1 wanted as well as the prev owner. My buddy Mark raced it with the original owner. Was raced twice by Bill Purnell outta OC MD, then he bought the 39 Kryp to race and didnt like it and is now running the 36 Glad. the F-1 had the motor refreshed by MRD in 06 and a new interior done in 09. saw it up in patchouge parked next to typhoons kryp and it looked ok for an 11 year old boat. i beleive the same exact hull as the 29 just no platform correct ?

Should run pretty well with a 500efi, and be very reliable. They are solid boats, very light. You might be able to put a cabin in it, dont know how the cockpit liner is set up.

I know that a 29', which is a few hundred pounds heavier, will run right at 80mph with a stock 500efi, so with a good setup that boat should be a couple mph faster.

the cabin area is already lined with the heavy felt and would just need to be measured for cushions...motor was freshend up in 06 by MRD and new interior in 09...perfect for bay bombin and racin a few times with the OPA

nah not thinkin so...sat and weighed out both scenarios. bigger boat, twin engines, double maintainence, buy a bigger vehicle to tow with etc...something like this i can bay bomb, poker run, race couple times with the OPA (or more if schedule allows it) under 4800lbs can tow with just bout anything...and about 30-40% less then was gonna end up spending on what i was lookin at so leaves extra $$ for other things

If you pull the trigger, id suggest going to Don Frost Interiors. They have the templates for all the kryptonite interiors. Templating is usually a couple hundred dollar ordeal........ and they're work is fantastic! Don't forget, that motor is 5 years old and has been raced......... just sayin'!
