Default 39 Rockit Question?

First, thanks for letting a Formula guy in the Hustler section. I'm tossing around the idea of a a new boat, and really like the 39 Rockit. My question is what would the performance on 700/NXT set-up be versus Ilmore 710/Indy package? Also estimated cost difference? Would Hustler build a Merc 700 boat with 6's like Cigarette will with the 39 T/G? Thanks for your help. Jeff

Ilmors ran 115, 700's ran 114 IIRC

Yes Hustler would built a Mercury 700 boat with #6s.

The prices:

39' Rockit T-Merc 700, NXT: 498.934USD
39' Rockit T-Ilmor 725, Indy: 530.600USD

No idea about the upgrade to a #6, "HustlerTech" should know

Is the Indy drive stronger than a NXT, but not quite a #6..and ...
which combo is faster, accelerates quicker in the midrange..

Thanks Jeff

Jeff,
According to our testing, the Indy drive is a mile or so faster than the NXT. The #6 should run the same speed as the Indy Drive. The price difference on the NXT to NXT with #6 lower is approximately $55,000 more for pair. This does not include the hull pickup which will have to be added to the options on the boat. Hope this helps you out. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] or call the office at 631-208-2933.

Jeff,

I must apologize, but I seemed to have written your e-mail address down incorrectly, and tried to call you back using *69 but could not reach you. Could you please send me an e-mail at [email protected] so that I can forward you all the information that you asked for?
Thanks, and hope to hear from you soon!

Sincerely,
Paul

Seems to be some confusion. I am the Jeff that spoke with you this afternoon concerning the Rockit. You were going to send the info. Or it may be that Jassman (also Jeff) spoke to you as well. Either way, looks like you have a pair of potential customers. I sent you an email so you now have my correct email address.
Thanks, Jeff Chrzanowski BONDO10
