Who does Formula Powerboats turn to when their boats need to go world-wide? Peters & May Who does Peters & May turn to when they want to back a winning offshore team? Formulaboats.com #00 The Formulaboats.com tandem of brothers, Devin and Trent Weyant, look to add to their resume of three National and two World Titles when they debut as “Peters & May/Formulaboats.com” at the Superboat International World Championships in Key West, Florida November 7 -14.

Ted Porter, vice president at Formula Powerboats as well as team owner of the Precision Performance Engineering, utilizes Peters & May for shipping Formula Boats around the country in addition to his H1 Unlimited teams abroad. “We count on Peters & May to deliver our boats to our global dealer network in a safe and timely manner, my team counts on them to handle the logistics of shipping our boats in addition to the whole H1 fleet to Qatar for the H1 Unlimited World Championship Oryx Cup,” Porter said.

Other powerboat racing teams that are apart of the Peters & May Racing family include: U-37 Schumacher Racing Team; JW Myers, who competes in the U.S. Title Series 350cc Runabout Class; Jeff Bernard, who competes in the H1 500 Stock (5 liter Hydro); Mike Webster, who competes in the APR Formula 3; Gary Ballough, who competes on the UIM X-Cat Racing Circuit.

“It is important for us to develop our brand, but at the same time give back to this tremendous sport,” said Dave Holley, Managing Director of Peters & May USA. “With boat racing being an international sport, as is our company, we have had a very positive return on investment from our race sponsorships. I know that teaming with Ted and the Weyant brothers will only further enhance our presence and generate more business, while having fun!”
