Hello guys, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tony from Stamford, CT. I just got into boating this summer through Rex Marine in Norwalk. I was a member and had access to Sea Ray 240 sundecks. I liked boating enough to order a new Formula 350 Sun Sport. She is being built at the factory as I type this.

I am looking forward to meeting fellow CT boaters and learning as much as possible about boating in the LI Sound. I am already thinking about trips to Block Island, Newport, Cape Cod, Nantucket, etc.

I would like to keep my boat at the Greenwich Water Club and I am currently on their waiting list. Anyone here also keep their boat there?

Hey Tony! Welcome to the CT boating scene. Sounds like a nice boat you ordered, any pics as to what it will look like? Dont know if youve read past CT threads, but there are lots of crazys on this site! Just listen to me, and I can steer you away from them...... Again, welcome aboard!

I ordered the boat in the same red colored as pictured, but with white vinyl instead of beige. Also ordered it with the Volvo 8.1gx engines, volvo joystick, oceanx, AC / Generator, Raymarine GPS / Radar / Auto-pilot, electic Windlass, cockpit fridge, etc.

I have a friend of mine that is at the club. He currently has a Cruisers 370.

I either launch in Norwalk or Stratford(grew up in Westport, lived in Norwalk, now live in Stratford). My mechanic is 2 doors down from Rex at R&L Marine, so I am down there sometimes. My boat is for sale, but we'll see what happens!

I know a few good restaurants on the CT and LI side as well as a couple good places to throw anchor.
