Just completed re doing the old thriller,ran it on Lake Michigan yesterday...it ran beter than expected I will fill you in later on what has been done to it and will also have a complete set of pictures on this rebuild and the 1200 HP Maltese with Gentry heritage.Youtube link below Bud

Small Block Chevy,11-1 compression,aggressive cam solid lifters,around 400-425 HP.Port engine was in good shape replace all working parts and clean up Bow Tie heads Starboard engine complete rebuild only kept crank,cam and 6 pistons...new block and all new parts including Dart heads.Link to resto pictures next week. can you post a picture of the transom showing the tops of the props and their relationship to the hull bottom . .how far above the hull bottom are the cavitation plates?

a question i have been wondering for a long time .......what dose the cable on the bow do?......boat looks great sounds nice too
