mercury 1350 question

Default mercury 1350 question

are there any pictures out there of the running gear on the new 1350 turbo/overhead cam powerplant. specifically under the cam cover. any info would be greatly appreciated. google images was of no help.

What an elegant way to address the major issue with big marine engines - Valve train issues. Big Valves, big springs mean high maintenaince and catastrophic failures if things don't go right.

One thing that struck me a little strange was only 10 head bolts on a turbocharged engine. Maybe that was all there was room for with all those cam rockers and shafts, but it seems like a low number of head bolts for a boosted engine.
