Here's a option for him. I believe the original was tempered glass and would have to be custom made.

Isn't that one a three piece acrylic? Friend of mine had an early 90s 240 and it was. Some bimbo stepped on it getting into the boat. He was able to to use the opposite side to have a local shop make one.

I really like the one structural guy makes, i did see that one, and it is a 3 piece (originally) and matter of fact some bimbo fell thru this one too!! haha i just didnt know if there was a company or even a backyard guy that was making the see thru original style.. im a fan of windscreen styles myself, and by the looks of structural guys thats what i would personally choose.

i am half way through building a custom windscreen, i didnt wanna pay 1500+ for a stock type of one to have someone break it. this place sells them, center section has a seam though
Yes, we have the forms. Remembering that the windshield will be in 4 sections vs the current 3 you probably have now.
