does any have a web site where I can find recessed cleats not the pop up ones thanks

Stainless Marine makes them. They are listed on the price sheet, but no pic on the website. I'll check to see if I have a pic at home later tonight.

Look in this thread for pics of the Stainless Marine recessed cleats. These are the 4"x8" with the cleat in the center.

Just out of curiosity why do you want those as opposed to the pop ups? Unless you are going for a look.
I've had a set of pop ups I bought off of ebay 5 years ago on my boat. They are still perfect looking and strong. Towed a boat last year 5 miles with them with no issues.

I've had both types and I also prefer the pop up cleats.
