Jammin on the James 2011 Kick Off Party Jan. 29th!!!!
2011 Jammin On The James Kick Off Party is January 29th!!!
Time 6:00pm-2:00am
We are moving the party to the:
Steel Horse Bar & Grill
1920 W. Hundred Road, Chester VA 23836

There will be a live band, Crazy X

Hotel Information: Courtyard Marriott 804-414-1010 Ask for Carolyn
Room rate for Jan 28 & 29th is $89.00 a night.
You must call the hotel direct to get the discount do not go thru reservations.
The Courtyard Marriott is across the street from the restaurant and is in walking distance, there will be a discounted rate for those who plan to attend. Info soon to come!!

This is also your first chance to turn in the 2011 Jammin on the James poker run registration, remember the earlier that you turn it in the better spot that you will get for the DOCK PARTY!!!!
Last year we sold it out the first night.......
The Steel Horse will be serving dinner before the band starts and during the party and we encourage everyone to have something to eat, the food is great!!! Cash Bar all night.
Save the date and more information will soon follow!!!!

We could handle the amount of people and more just didn't want another snow storm to wreck the party, this way just get to the hotel and start having fun, no one has to drive, walk to the party and walk home, we are getting a room and I live 4 miles away, haha guess you know what state I will be in.
