In the North Sound area visit Saba Rock, Bitter End, Leverick Bay and be sure to go to Biras Creek at sunset. I will post a Biras Creek pic a bit later as it's in my laptop.
David at Saba Rock is here as OSO Expat and a great guy. Be sure to look him up. I am flying down next week to see them again and others I met on my trips. Also there is Cooper Island, and Peter Island is very nice.

1) Saba Rock Resort and Expat's Tiger ( Jayboat pic )
2) Willy T
3)Leverick Bay
4)Cooper Island
5) Peter Island

Here you go. Take your pick. http://reservationsbvi.com/Bars/beachbars.html

I expect you will go to Foxy's and the Soggy Dollar since you will be on Jost Van Dyke.

Pirate's on Norman Island (where willy T is) for dinner, the chicken Roti is awesome. other than that it sounds like you have it covered. If i was of i would be there. Born and raised on STJ, and still have a house there
