Default Carb spacers for HP 500 Carb motors

Has anyone tried these on a HP500 carb? I'm wondering if they work?

Thanks,

Thanks Guys,
Mike, I'll look into the High Velocity heads and see if they are making anything for Marine/Mercrusier apps. And yes, I think it would require a Fuel hard line replumb, and what I'm more interested in is do you have to re-jet after install. I'll check out the bruke power guys also.
MD
