did anyone catch the news tonight and see that the DEP is trying to cut the CT lobster catch by 70%
WTF they are just trying to KILL the economy I swear.
God forbid these hard working fisherman in CT were allowed to make a living.
There Is a meeting tonight.
I realize this isnt performance boating but its does tie into what I consider part of my boating experience.

I dont know but its bull**** that they are pulling this crap in this bad economy. They did the same thing with the new lead laws to the remodeling indusry just as it was getting back on its feet,
Its like they want to kill the economy and will do whatever they can to do so.

Same **** different day, they continually do this and then wonder why no one is stimulating the economy and no companies want to relocate here...the incentives just aren't here...
New Governor should change that slightly...but as long as our commander and chief is sitting there till '12 the democrats will try to do whatever they can but the republicans won't let them do anything (and I'm happy about that)...
Jeff, I still have to fill out the CPBA form and join you guys...at the end of the season I just had so much going on I never got around to it...
I'll have to come join you boys down in west port if that little island shindig materializes. As long as there's enough water to get in there...

It's always planned around a high tide, so it shouldn't be an issue. It's the navigating of the sandbars and sunken islands that causes people problems if they don't know the area. I figure everyone can meet up at a designated area(Bridgeport lighthouse, mouth of Housatonic, etc) and follow me down. That is...if I still have a boat!

All we need is clams and we're good. Some also bring craps just gotta make sure to clean vigorously on that seafood. The party must go on
P.S. what about the CPBA christams/winter party huh huh?
