If you have facebook and the facebook app its pretty easy. Theyll be on your computer in seconds after taking the picture. Then you can save it to your computer by right clicking

if you unplug the end of the charger it is a USB cable. plug that in, and after that you have to drag down the top menu and hit "select to copy files to/from your computer"
that should mount it to your PC like another disk drive. drill in to find your pics, I think the DCIM folder if memory serves.
