Default PROS & CONS - Fountain 35 Lightning Twin Step Stagger 525

Just curious about what the board thinks about the newer 525 full stagger 35s and how they compare to similar models from competitors. Questions.......

Good bang for the buck?
Stable at high speeds?
Decent in the rough?
Slow to plane?
Overall thoughts?
Top speeds seen with which props?
Any complaints about the 525s?

Current owners and haters alike, please give your opinions.

Thanks.

And yes it's closer to a 32 b/c of the beak.

Which boat are you interested in? Your thread title says 38 and your post asks about the 35.

Must be talking about the 35 because he says
"And yes it's closer to a 32 b/c of the beak."

great boat, but if you are going from a non stagger to a stagger you have no, or should say less cockpit room between front and rear bench, hard to go backwards, for me anyways. The 38 had same cockpit. I finaly sat in one in Nov., was ready to pull trigger on 38 but backed of.If your okay with cockpit great boat, slidding door for cockpit and if new enough great new cabin and does 100 with stock power.

a guy in our boat club bought a 38 instead of a 35 because the 35 was so unstable and loose on top end
