Is there water right there at the ramp to rinse of with?

If your using the public boat ramp no, but if your keeping your boat at the dry rack then yes; right next to the pump out station. Call the marina and see they can accomodate you with the ability to flush.

Yes there is a water faucet at the fish cleaning table. But don't use it till 7pm.
