My TRS drives are not in the best shape. The skegs are pretty mess up. Does anyone know were to get the skeg guards from. Also anyone runnig older Scarabs 38' (86-88) at least. If so what size props are you running and what kind of speed are you seeing. Have not had a chance to actually run this boat. But it has the three blade clever style props right now. Motors are done BBC .040 over roller cams rectangular port head with small 177 blowers.
